✩ ABOUT FUTURE DAYS COUNSELING

YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP DOING RELATIONSHIPS THE SAME WAY

At Future Days Counseling, I work with couples who want more than simply "less conflict." Whether you feel stuck in the same arguments, distant from each other, or unsure what comes next, therapy can give you a place to slow down and understand what is happening between you. Even strong relationships can become strained over time, and the demands of everyday life can quietly create distance between two people who genuinely love each other. You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out.

Together, we'll build a relationship that feels connected, intentional, and meaningful. My goal isn't to decide who is right or wrong. It's to help you understand what is happening underneath the conflict and learn new ways of relating to each other. I use proven approaches, but there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to relationships. I’ll get to know the two of you and help you find what works best for your relationship. Whether you want to strengthen an already-good relationship, work through ongoing conflict, rebuild connection, or gain clarity about what you want your relationship to look like moving forward, you will leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

✩ MEET PEYTON

A THERAPIST WHO LISTENS FIRST.

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping people create deeper, healthier connections-with themselves and the people they love. I especially love working with couples who feel stuck in patterns of conflict, disconnection, or misunderstanding and want to find their way back to each other.

As a Gottman-trained therapist, I use research-based approaches while bringing warmth, honesty, creativity, and flexibility to the work. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully yourself-where you can laugh, cry, be challenged, and know you're not being judged.

I’m also a Certified Discernment Counselor, helping couples who aren’t sure whether they want to stay together gain clarity about what comes next.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more connected, more confident, and more at peace in your relationships and in yourself.

✩ HOW I CAN HELP

SUPPORT SHAPED AROUND YOUR RELATIONSHIP.

Every couple is different, and therapy should reflect that. I use proven approaches while tailoring our work to you, your relationship, and what you’re hoping to change or strengthen. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to relationships, and I don’t believe there should be one in therapy either.
