Future Days Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, including evening appointment times for clients who need flexibility outside of traditional work hours.

Yes. I offer both in-person sessions and secure video telehealth appointments.

Standard individual and couples therapy sessions are 55 minutes. Longer sessions may be available depending on your needs and the type of service.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency is based on your needs, goals, and progress in therapy.

The first session is a chance for me to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn what you hope will be different. We’ll begin identifying goals and talking about how we can work toward them together.

You don’t have to have that figured out before reaching out. Discernment Counseling is specifically designed for couples when one or both partners are uncertain about the future of the relationship.

Yes. While I specialize in relationships and couples therapy, I also work with individuals seeking support with personal growth, relationships, life transitions, and other challenges.

Yes. Your privacy is an important part of therapy. What you share is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law and professional ethics.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
